Months after the positive reception to Star Wars Outlaws on Nintendo Switch 2, two more Star Wars games are allegedly coming to the platform.
When Star Wars Outlaws came to Nintendo Switch 2, it had a rather large cultural re-evaluation, with many players calling it one of the best ports on Switch 2.
Despite the controversy it gained at launch, many fans of the game agree that it is better now that it’s separated from that initial debate.
It seems that the positive reception to Star Wars Outlaws on Switch 2 has resulted in Nintendo and Disney possibly considering more Star Wars releases on the platform.

As reported by leaker Nash Weedle, it seems that Disney may be interested in bringing more of its games to Switch 2 following the success of the platform.
And this may result in Respawn Entertainment’s Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order and Star Wars: Jedi Survivor coming to the console.
“From Disney, they are insisting that all video game developments linked to the brand be released on Switch 2,” Nash Weedle writes on X (formerly Twitter). “As a consequence of this, Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and Survivor would already be on their way to Nintendo's new console.”
Electronic Arts and Respawn Entertainment have not commented on these rumours, so be sure to take this with a grain of salt for the time being.
Star Wars: Jedi Games May Be Coming To Nintendo Switch 2
Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order was released for last-gen platforms in 2019, before it received next-gen upgrades on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S in 2021. It should have no problem running on Nintendo Switch 2.

Its sequel, meanwhile, came to PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PS5 in April 2023 before receiving last-gen versions in September last year.
With efforts made to optimise the game and downgrade certain elements for last-gen systems, Star Wars: Jedi Survivor should be able to run on Nintendo Switch 2.
The game originally had performance issues at launch, but Respawn and EA have improved on that rather considerably in the years since release.
No rumours regarding release dates for Switch 2 versions of Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order or Star Wars: Jedi Survivor have been shared from the report.
A third Star Wars: Jedi game has been confirmed to be in the works at Respawn, and that it will be the final game in the trilogy. However, no news regarding its status has been elaborated on since then, aside from the fact that it may be built in Unreal Engine 5.
