There’s nothing quite like retro loving gamers learning that two classic experiences are now available to play.

Nostalgia has us in a chokehold once again as Nintendo fans go wild for two Game Boy Advance titles that have finally joined Nintendo’s subscription service.

If you’ve never bothered with Nintendo Switch Online before, you might want to rethink that decision after you learn that you can play F-Zero Climax and F-Zero: GP Legend for free.

Well, technically it’s for the cost of a subscription, but you get what we mean.

Basically, you don’t have to spend additional money on top of your monthly fee to experience these classic racing games.

Upon hearing the news, fans can’t praise Nintendo enough for allowing them a chance to experience these 00s titles in the year of our lord 2024.

“Common Nintendo W,” posted Twitter user @TinkererYorch, “I hope you have plans for a new F-Zero entry.”

We’re not sure fans could handle such an announcement if Nintendo was to make one.

“YOOOOOOOOOO THEY OFFICALLY LOCALIZED F-ZERO CLIMAX, LET'S GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” commented a rather overexcited @BLOODY_FATALITY.

Take down Zoda and his Dark Million organization in F-ZERO CLIMAX and enter the ultra-high-speed F-Zero Grand Prix races in F-Zero - GP Legend!

To this, someone else remarked, “Awesome news! Finally getting to experience the thrill of F-Zero with an official English translation. Can't wait to dive back into the world of this iconic Nintendo game!”

Seeing more classics receive the attention they deserve is leading to other fandoms begging Nintendo to add other retro adventures to NSO.

Whether this is Nintendo “testing the waters” to gauge interest in a new F-Zero title, we can’t say; we’d like that to be the case, but too much hope can be a dangerous thing.

For now, the GAMINGbible team will join the rest of the fandom as we celebrate the win that is seeing these two GBA classics revived and available to play.
