Nintendo has dropped a new batch of Super Mario freebies, all yours for the taking.
If you’re a Nintendo Switch Online subscriber, you’ll regularly have access to loads of free downloads for the taking in the form of icons that can be used on your profile.
These icons will allow you to customise your Nintendo Switch Online profile with new decorations and backgrounds inspired by various Nintendo games.
Nintendo generally changes up the different themes available on a week-by-week basis, allowing players a chance to collect icons based on its various franchises at a regular pace.

It’s Mario’s turn this time around, with a whopping 80 items available for you to redeem on the Nintendo Switch Online app.
These new icons feature several characters within the Mario canon. In addition to the big man himself, we’ve got icons with Luigi, Peach, Toad, and Yoshi.
There are also a bunch of Mario Kart-flavoured icons.
In addition to these characters, the drop also includes a fresh batch of frames and backgrounds taken from various Mario games like Super Mario Odyssey, Super Mario Bros. Wonder, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
This wave of icons will be available to redeem with any active Nintendo Switch Online subscriptions until 2 March, at which point they’ll become unavailable to make way for the next batch of icons that Nintendo will be offering.
