This classic Nintendo title has just landed on the Nintendo Switch 2 for free, which is handy considering that trying to actually buy it in this day and age will cost you an arm and a leg.

The Nintendo Switch 2 definitely got off to a bit of a rocky start, considering all of the pricing drama and the rather slim library of original titles to choose from.

However, there is one thing I think almost makes the console worth buying by itself: the Nintendo GameCube library, included alongside the Nintendo Classics as part of your Nintendo Switch Online subscription.

The reason I think that the Nintendo GameCube library makes the Nintendo Switch 2 worth the investment is simple: if you don’t own any of the games available through the subscription, then you’re going to be paying out of the nose to get your hands on most of the current line up of titles.

And today’s entry in the GameCube library is no different, because you’ll probably have to pay somewhere around £200 just to buy a physical copy of the game.

I am, of course, referring to Chibi-Robo! Plug Into Adventure!, as the official Nintendo of America Twitter account just announced that the 2005 platformer is now available as part of your Nintendo Switch Online subscription.

If you’ve never played this one, I highly recommend it. It’s simply, it’s fun, and you don’t have to drop a couple of hundred just to give it a go.

Would it be worth the £200 price tag otherwise? Absolutely not, but that’s because no game is worth that amount of money. But for £3.49 a month? Hell yeah.

Now, when are they planning to drop Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness and Pokémon Colosseum? Oh, right, probably around the same time they release Pokémon Legends: Z-A…
