Brutal new World War II game 63 Days officially announced

Brutal new World War II game 63 Days officially announced

Are you ready for the trials ahead? They will be brutal

Gamers who favour World War experiences need to mark the launch of upcoming Steam title, 63 Days, on their calendar.

This real time strategy game won’t just be available on Steam, but also on Xbox, PlayStation, and the Epic Games store. Essentially meaning all bases are covered for interested players.

“Coming of age as a part of the first generation born free, WWII stripped me of my family, home, and future.”

Are you ready to ship out in 63 Days?

The description continues, “Now I'm left with only one choice: to get my revenge and independence or die trying. The odds are against us: will our tactics, stealth and teamwork be enough?”

One of the best ways to describe how the game looks is to say it’s as if Baldur’s Gate 3’s top-down perspective was combined with Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30.

At the time of writing this, the devs (Destructive Creations) haven’t provided a specific date for release, only that 63 Days is launching this year. Still, while there’s no narrowed down timeframe, would-be players are still excited.

“I loved War Mongrels, and I am super hyped for this one,” responded a hyped-up fan. Another YouTube comment reads, “Looks promising. Wishlisted.”

Interested parties should be aware that the upcoming World War II title is Microsoft only, at least for now. As for whether it’s optimised for the Steam Deck, we have no details on that either.

As with many PC titles these days, it could be a class of PC launch first, followed by Mac versions once enough interest has been voiced.

Either way, 63 Days looks like the kind of game that gives you plenty of choices to fight your way through your enemies however you see fit. Whether you fight long enough to become the "villain" is up to you...
