If there’s one thing the good people of the internet can agree on, it’s that Pedro Pascal and Oscar Isaac are pure, wholesome souls who we must protect at all costs. Our precious and unproblematic faves are thriving.

Both actors are soon set to star in video game adaptations, with Oscar Isaac portraying Solid Snake in the upcoming Metal Gear Solid film whilst Pedro Pascal is busy filming HBO’s TV adaptation of The Last of Us, where he’ll portray Joel Miller. Right now, Oscar Isaac is of course delighting us with his unusual take on the ol’ English accent in Moon Knight on Disney+ and recently suggested that his character could easily best Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin from The Mandalorian.

If you've yet to catch up on Moon Knight, take a look at the trailer below.

During an interview with Remezcla, Isaac exclaimed, “Moon Knight would definitely win, and who cares if Pedro agrees or not because it’s fact. You can’t argue facts.” Well, word of this recently reached everyone’s favourite space dad and he didn’t quite agree with Isaac’s take.

“Okay, let me just get this straight,” Pascal told Remezcla. “So, he says that Moon Knight would beat The Mandalorian in a fight? That’s so sweet,” he continued, bursting into over-emphasised laughter.

Both characters have their strengths. Moon Knight would have to get past Mando’s beskar armour - and his extra-protective green son. Armed with a blaster, sniper rifle, flamethrower, and the Whistling Birds, Mando has no shortage of weapons in his arsenal - and let’s not forget the extremely powerful Darksaber.

On the other hand, Moon Knight is pretty skilled with his crescent daggers and if his comic book counterpart is anything to go by, we fully expect him to be draining the life from people before soon enough. For now though, My money’s on Mando.
