"Pathetic" Amouranth viewers demand refunds after learning she's married

The news emerged out of a distressing stream where she detailed her husband's alleged abuse.

In a recent stream, Kaitlyn "Amouranth" Siragusa detailed the alleged shocking abuse she has suffered as a result of her husband. Since then, she has been able to seek out emotional and legal counsel and the Twitch community has come to her defense in this stressful and concerning time.

Unfortunately, there are those who believe they have been betrayed by Siragusa's apparent singleness and are asking the streamer for refunds for the whopping amounts of money they spent to support her. Asmongold, one of the other top streamers on Twitch, has only one thing to say in response.

"I think that you’re a f*cking idiot, giving her three thousand dollars - I don’t think it’s ok at all," he replied to a viewer who said they gave Siragusa a chunk of their savings. "You should be ashamed of yourself, you’re pathetic, and you deserve to lose your money."

All the while, Asmongold's chat ripped into the viewer for their spending habits, which were presumably motivated by a misplaced belief that they might woo Siragusa with their money. "Hey, don’t worry about it," conceded Asmongold. "Think of it as you just paid three thousand dollars for a life lesson. Now, this might not be the first time or last time that you’ve learned that lesson, but it’s another episode."

He then continued to say that splashing the cash to try to impress a streamer with millions of followers is "stupid" and he had "no sympathy" for those who felt like they were the victims in the events that have transpired with Siragusa and her husband. I really have nothing else to add here. Asmongold's summed the whole thing up rather nicely for us.

While there appears to be an active police investigation into her husband's purported behaviour, Siragusa seems much more content on stream and said that her husband is seeking his own help for his actions. "I’m positive about the future. I’m happy that I’m free," she said.
