You know, sometimes, you see something on the internet that you just can’t believe that someone actually did, single handedly, with their own hands. We see so much fake and photoshopped stuff, sometimes you really do have to do a double take at some things to make sure that they’re actually what they claim to be.

Anyway, I can assure you that the mind-blowing LEGO masterpiece you’re about to witness is, indeed, real. Courtesy of the very talented BrickLi over on YouTube, behold - LEGO Mordor, in all its glory. This is a completely custom creation, meaning it was put together, start to finish, with loose bricks - no official guide was followed.

Check out BrickLi’s phenomenal LEGO creation right here.

On the creator’s channel, you can see that they started uploading videos about this build last May - meaning it’s been in the works for about 10 months. When you look at scale of the build, that’s probably not too surprising - you can’t even imagine the amount of hours that will have gone into this. Not only is the Black Gate perfectly recreated in brick form, but the creator has also set the whole scene of the moment Aragorn was surrounded by Sauron’s army - absolutely no detail has been spared.

If you’re into impressive LEGO builds, you might also want to cast your eyes over to this recreation of the original Legend of Zelda map - constructed using over 25 thousand pieces, and comprised of 2779 individual trees and 493 enemies, it’s the perfect nod to the game that kicked off the iconic series.

LEGO fans are probably also very excited right now over the release of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. It’s only a few days to go now until it’s out - 5 April (Tuesday) is the day. As well as apparently boasting over 300 playable characters, in our preview, we said that it might even provide “the purest and most authentic Star Wars experience in a long long time”. Exciting stuff! Get those calendars marked if they weren't already.
