GTA VI in-game radio tracks have leaked, and it’s already off to a good start.
We’re roughly nine months away from the release of the next entry in Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto series, and the leaks are still coming in thick and fast.
Speaking of being nine months away, a Norwegian retailer recently announced that if you pop a baby out on the GTA VI launch day, then you’ll get a free copy of the game.
One of the best aspects of the Grand Theft Auto series, at least from 2001’s GTA III, is its amazing radio stations. However, as great as the music was in that game, the vast majority, if not all of it, was created in-house.

Yet, the radio stations in the Grand Theft Auto series levelled up big time in 2002’s GTA: Vice City, a game that many would consider to be the best game in the series.
GTA: Vice City had a star-studded cast with the late great, Ray Liotta, playing the lead, Tommy Vercetti. It had fun combat, exploration, missions, vibrant visuals, buckets of 80s nostalgia and more.
One of the other reasons why GTA: Vice City is so beloved is thanks to its incredible soundtrack, delivered by its in-game radio stations.
Some of those bangers include “Billie Jean” from Michael Jackson, “Owner of a Lonely Heart” from Yes, and “Out of Touch” from Hall & Oates.
Will GTA VI Have a Legendary Soundtrack?
We don’t know what tunes GTA VI will treat us to, at least officially, but if the radio stations of previous entries are anything to go by, then I’d be shocked if it doesn't treat us to a ton more bangers. But only time will tell.
However, as reported by GameRant (via Twitter user videotechuk_), at least two artists who will contribute to GTA VI may have leaked. Those leaks were swiftly deleted, which could only add fuel to the speculative fire in terms of validity.
Neon Indian said in a recent episode of This Podcast Should Be Played Loud that it “ain't the end of me and Rockstar Games. That's all I'm going to say. I can't discuss more." He doesn't explicitly mention Grand Theft Auto 6, but the tease is enough we think it’s likely.
As above, Word suggests that electric music group Panama would be lending its “Back to Life” song, and Neon Indian would be lending a track of its own with “Polish Girl”. If the name Neon Indian rings a bell, that’s because their song "Polish Girl" was in Grand Theft Auto 5, and "Change of Coast" was the introductory music in GTA Online.
Of course, all rumours should be taken with a pinch of salt until proven otherwise, but if these leaks were false, I’d say there would have been a decent chance they wouldn't have been swiftly deleted.
At least with GTA V, I believe that Rockstar Games released its collaborating music artists ahead of time, so hopefully, history will repeat itself with GTA VI.
Grand Theft Auto VI will be released on 19 November 2026 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
