There are plenty of things to consider before the launch of GTA VI: time off work, platform of choice, snack options.

However, there is one other thing to discover and that is which version of the game to pre-order.

As with many big game releases in recent years, players can not only pre-order in advance but there is also the option to pre-order based on specific incentives.

Although Rockstar Games has not yet confirmed which bundles will be released with Grand Theft Auto VI, fans have been speculating and have come up with some potential options.

Shared on the GTA 6 Countdown Twitter account, there are three rumoured pre-order options for GTA VI.

This includes the Standard, Deluxe, and Premium Editions which is pretty much the blueprint for many pre-order options.

According to rumours and speculation, the Standard Edition will come with GTA VI story mode as well as GTA Online and will cost around $69.99.

However, the Deluxe Edition will include both the story mode and GTA Online early access for $89.99 with the Premium Edition wrapping things up at $109.99 for story mode and first access for GTA Online.

Again, these are not official bundles or prices but it has still left fans speculating as to which they would pre-order and how much they are willing to spend.

“I’m buying every single one!” One user shared (although this makes zero sense but hey, you do you).

“Bro, I'm spending $110 every year on FIFA.. I'd buy GTA 6 for $500 if I had to”, another fan wrote.

With many comments revealing that the majority of fans would go for the Premium option, it just goes to show how anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI really is.

Grand Theft Auto VI launches on 26 May 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
