It looks like a new actor has been confirmed for Grand Theft Auto VI, as fans anticipate trailer three dropping soon (hopefully).
The wait for the third trailer for GTA VI grows ever more impatient, with fans hoping that Rockstar Games won't keep them hanging around for much longer. Judging by previous habits, there’s a good chance that it might be released sooner rather than later.
What’s more, knowing how Rockstar Games operates, there’s a good chance that the next trailer for Grand Theft Auto will be shadow-dropped on a random afternoon during the week across its social media channels.

As brought to our attention by GameRant (via the X account iGrandTheftAuto), shared a tweet featuring actor Yollecotte Jean stating that she’s been credited for “several characters” for Rockstar Games on her Backstage profile. She’s under an NDA, which would explain why no specific character roles have been revealed.

What’s more, Yollecotte Jean’s work for Rockstar Games took place in February 2025, a time when GTA VI would have been deep into its development. Sure, she could have been doing work on other games, but the most likely scenario is GTA VI. Whether those roles involve voice and/or performance capture remains to be seen.
At this time, there are no notable roles associated with Yollecotte Jean outside of Rockstar Games, but this could be due to her relatively new career in the industry. That being said, depending on her potential roles in GTA VI, this could be the start of something exciting for the actor.
The first trailer for GTA VI dropped in December 2023, with the second arriving 17 months later in May 2025. It’s now been around 14 months since trailer two.
Before the launch of 2018’s Red Dead Redemption 2 (Rockstar Games’ last major release), it had three pre-launch trailers, ending with a fourth launch trailer. After that third trailer arrived, it was around five months before its launch.
So, going by that pattern, with the release of GTA VI being four months away, trailer three could drop any day now. Then, we should get a launch trailer, and then hopefully, something teased for the next interaction of GTA Online. When that happens, we’ll let you know right away.
“Vice City, USA. Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them,” reads the synopsis of the game.
“But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida — forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.”
Grand Theft Auto VI will be released on November 19, 2026, on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The inevitable PC port hasn't been officially revealed yet.
