Yesterday, we finally got what we’ve all been waiting for. During their latest State Of Play showcase, Sony and Santa Monica Studio dropped a new story trailer for God Of War Ragnarök and there is so much to unpack. We got to see Thor and Kratos going head to head, Kratos’ team-up with Tyr, and even a Valkyrie fight. Fans think they’ve unmasked one more figure in the trailer though … Well, sort of.

Take a look at the brand new story trailer for God Of War Ragnarök below.

Around 44 seconds into the trailer (to be precise), Atreus opens the door to his and Kratos’ home, revealing a stranger standing in the flurrying snow. We don’t see the face of the stranger, but he does bear a striking silhouette leaving fans with one conclusion, and one conclusion only. I’ll let the Reddit post below do all the talking.

Okay, so maybe we were having you on. Fans don’t actually know who the figure in the trailer is but it sure does look a lot like Mike from Breaking Bad, right? The joke was posted to Reddit by user Dan_Woods115.

Naturally, fans flocked to the comments to make their own jokes. Humangas_Changas said, “Kid named Odin,” whilst Soufiane040 added, “Put your axe away, Kratos.” ServedBestDepressed wrote, “Drink youh drink Walte-Kratos.” Okay, okay. I’ll stop now.
