'Ghost Of Tsushima 2' For PlayStation 5 Seemingly Confirmed

Ghost Of Tsushima 2: Electric Boogaloo

Ghost Of Tsushima 2 is almost definitely happening, right? This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. We all want to see it, and more importantly, Sony knows we all want to see it. That means Sony also knows it'll make lots of money, just like the first game.

Sony and developer Sucker Punch have yet to officially confirm the existence of a sequel to 2020's critically acclaimed PlayStation 4 adventure, but we can be sure one is on the horizon.

Take a look at Ghost Of Tsushima in action on PlayStation 5 below!

Sure enough, a new job listing has popped up for an encounter designer at Sucker Punch, and the details seem to point straight towards more Ghost Of Tsushima.

The listing states that Sucker Punch is on the hunt for a candidate who can "deliver interesting and varied encounters in an open-world game, with a particular focus on melee combat and stealth." Translation: Sucker Punch is working on an open-world stealth game with melee combat.

While this could be any number of things, I'd bet my special edition Zelda Majora's Mask 3DS XL that they're referring to Ghost Of Tsushima. There's also the fact that there are a few other listings that specifically request applicants who are familiar with the systems in the first game.

This isn't the first time a Sucker Punch job listing has strongly hinted at the arrival of Ghost Of Tsushima 2, and I doubt it'll be the last. But while the game is clearly being worked on, I probably wouldn't bank on seeing a reveal anytime soon.

For now, PlayStation fans can get excited about God Of War Ragnarok, Marvel's Spider-Man 2, and Marvel's Wolverine. Plenty to focus on while we wait for Jin Sakai and the gang to return.
