Fallout Season 3 enters production this year and will likely return to our screens in 2027 or 2028 at a push.
Joining Lucy, Maximus and The Ghoul are a variety of new faces expanding the cast, from Breaking Bad to Star Wars: The Acolyte. A lot of talent is joining the live-action Fallout adaptation, so check out the full list below and see if there’s anyone you recognise.
One of the biggest additions to the cast of Fallout is Aaron Paul, who’s made his name known through the legendary TV series Breaking Bad, but he’s also a well-known name in the video game industry for playing Robert in the hit game Dispatch.
Now there’s a lot of speculation on who Aaron Paul might be playing in the series. He’s got the range to play just about any character but fans believe he’ll be someone from the video games.

One name that keeps getting thrown around is the Courier, the protagonist from Fallout: New Vegas, who does exist in the series as he’s referenced in Season 2 by Mr House. Personally, we wouldn’t like the Courier to get a canon appearance and if it were Aaron Paul, that’d make the Courier a man, when in New Vegas, you can pick the gender yourself.

While Star Wars: The Acolyte was unfortunately cancelled after just one season, the actors involved are still keen to do more should Disney allow it.
In the meantime, Manny Jacinto joins Fallout Season 3 after terrifying viewers as Qimir, or The Stranger, in one of the most underrated Star Wars series. Like the rest of the new additions, we don’t know who Jacinto will be playing but we know he has range. He’d be fantastic as either a hero or a villain.
In another undisclosed role, Emily Mortimer, who you may recognise from films such as Paddington In Peru, will be walking the wasteland.
With Fallout Season 3 believed to be exploring more of the sinister Enclave faction, we’re betting Mortimer will play some sort of scientist or executive.
Thomasin McKenzie, as seen in Jojo Rabbit, is next and, surprise surprise, her role in the story hasn’t been made public as of yet.
While another member of the Enclave would be a safe bet, perhaps McKenzie will play another Vault dweller? Crossing paths with The Ghoul on his travels to Colorado. We’re sure he’d appreciate the company.
As production on Fallout Season 3 begins, we’re expecting many more new faces to join the cast, so we’ll be updating this piece as more names get added to the roster.
