We just got a brand new Fallout teaser, and it’s even brought a release date along with it.

Bad news: I’m not referring to a Bethesda game, unfortunately. We still don’t know when they’re planning on dropping the next Fallout game, although we do know that it’ll almost certainly be that Fallout 3 remaster we keep hearing so much about.

Good news: said teaser is for Amazon’s Fallout TV show, and it’s given us a proper look at how New Vegas looks (as well as when we can expect to watch the new season in its entirety).

I think a lot of us were working under the assumption that we would see Fallout’s second season sometime towards the end of this year, considering filming wrapped pretty early on in 2025, but it’s nice to finally have the confirmation we’ve been waiting for.

That’s because the second season will officially be dropping sometime in December, as stated in the teaser trailer that just released earlier today.

ICYMI: We previously played snog, marry, irradiate with the cast.

It also gave us a proper look at what New Vegas will look like in the show, and everyone in the comments is hyped.

“Vegas looks way better and more like the game here than the S1 ending”, commented user @bombatombaby.

“Not lore accurate, but it’s an adaptation, a TV version of the games, so I didn’t really bump into that,” replied user @aaronschultzart.

“Looking forward to seeing their take on my favourite of the games!”

And it gets even better, because Amazon also just announced that season three of Fallout has already been greenlit.

Hopefully, that means we won’t have to wait as long for the third season either, if they’re that confident in how the second season has turned out already.

I wonder if this means they’re planning to visit Fallout 3’s Capital Wasteland next time…
