Fallout returns this year with surprise new release we need immediately

With no new Fallout game on the horizon, some fans are itching to get back into the wasteland, and other than the multiplayer shenanigans of Fallout 76, the only other way to scratch that itch is with the Amazon TV show, Fallout.

We were big fans of the first season of the Fallout show, with it realising some great characters and moments that make the games so memorable.

We sat down with the Fallout cast a while back for some laughs

So, it comes as no surprise that we’re hankering after this latest release, a 4K Blu-ray steelbook of the show.

The disc is up for pre-order currently, and comes with some gorgeous artwork on the outside of the case, depicting The Ghoul, while the inside of the box displays Vault Boy on an irradiated poster.

Spread over three discs, the whole of the first season can be yours to own physically, and the set is rounded out with some postcards featuring the main characters of the show.

Of course, because this was initially released on Amazon Prime digitally, it’s a great chance to add the physical discs to your collection, but you also get to see lots of extra content bundled in.

With set tours, commentaries, behind the scenes looks at costume design, and even some animated shorts, it’s perfect for any Fallout fan.

Listed as a limited edition product, there’s a strong chance this version will sell out, leaving only the standard editions.

Season two of Fallout began filming some time ago, with set photos leaking, showing a trip to New Vegas, which has fans incredibly excited.

The second season will see a return from the central cast, with plenty of laughs and action along the way.

There’s no word on when the next season will air, so to tide you over until then, you’ll have these lush 4K discs to fuel that drive for more Fallout.
