'Elden Ring' Player Beats Malenia While Level One Playing With One Hand

'Elden Ring' Player Beats Malenia While Level One Playing With One Hand

"Seeing all of the appreciation this run has received has been really heartwarming," said MissMikkaa.

An Elden Ring player has triumphed over Malenia, Blade of Miquella while their Tarnished was a mere Level 1 and they were using only one hand on the controller. Because the game wasn't gruelling enough.

I totally get pushing your skills to the limit in games. I've had flatmates look worryingly over at the telly watching me slam Jack Cooper into walls at high speed for the seven hundred and seventy seventh time that morning because I am dead set on winning that trophy. Reader, I did not. FromSoftware's collection of punishing yet satisfying titles have always seen players try to elevate the experience and prove their courage, using a pizza, the Ring Fit ring, a banana or even a dance mat. Twitch streamer MissMikkaa joins their ranks with her one handed Level 1 playthrough and she's just bested one of the most iconic bosses of the game.

Rather than being battered by the bosses of Elden Ring, watch them batter each other in an endless pool of water. How the turn tables...

Malenia - the warrior with the golden armour that featured heavily in trailers for the game - is thought to be the most formidable creation that the FromSoftware team has conjured up. There's a reason why she warns the Tarnished that she has never known defeat and players have been horrified to discover that she has a second phase, letting the rot bloom with new attacks that wear away the player's resolve.

So, consider all of the aforementioned, and how hard it is to kill Malenia when you are playing with all of your available tricks in your arsenal. That's why we're in awe that MissMikkaa managed it as well as the fact that her character was so, so, so much weaker than they should have been for this fight. "After I've completed this run, I'm most likely going to attempt it with a dance pad," said the streamer. "Seeing all of the appreciation this run has received has been really heartwarming! I’m very happy if I can motivate people and get them excited about gaming."
