Elden Ring free downloads arrive just in time for new game release

We love to see it

Elden Ring: Nightreign launches tomorrow for those on Xbox, PlayStation and PC platforms, and there are some adorable freebies to claim to mark the occasion.

If you haven’t seen already, the reviews for Elden Ring Nightreign went out yesterday, including my own.

Personally I think the game has great potential to grow, and if anything it’s made me more excited for FromSoftware’s exclusive Nintendo Switch 2 game The Duskbloods.

It really needed an option to run with a duo though, as forcing the player to either play alone or with three people felt like a bizarre design choice especially compared to other multiplayer games.

Either way you’ll be able to decide for yourself what you think about the game tomorrow as that’s when it launches, and Twitch users can secure some adorable freebies for the game’s release.

These include the Recluse Badge, which requires the user to stream for a total of 15 minutes and the Wylder Badge, which requires you to download and share an Elden Ring.

Both of these are characters you’ll find and play as in the game, specifically the mage build character and the gorgeous knight from the front cover.

You don’t have long left to grab these though before they’re gone for good, as both badges will disappear later today, specifically noon tomorrow (PT) for the Recluse Badge, and

3 July for the Wylder Badge.

They’re lovely little additions to your Twitch collection, and if you use the platform often and love Elden Ring there’s no sense in not trying to grab them before they’re gone.

Be sure to check out Elden Ring: Nightreign when it launches tomorrow as well, it’s got some teething problems for sure but as FromSoftware’s first big jolly-cooperation game it’s got legs and I’m excited to see how it develops in the future with post-launch support.
