Elden Ring fans are already thirsting over one of the Shadow Of The Erdtree NPCs, truly maidenless behaviour.

In less than a month, players around the globe will return to Elden Ring to play through its upcoming DLC expansion, Shadow Of The Erdtree.

Check out the second trailer for the Shadow Of The Erdtree expansion below.

FromSoftware has been regularly putting out teases and additional DLC details, one of which was official artwork of one of the game’s upcoming characters, and fans are already willing to die for her.

Now at first glance, you might have mistaken this person for Miquella, but it turns out this is one of the nights from the gameplay trailer who’s crouched in front of one of Miquella’s runes, implying there’s some sort of connection between the two.

Speculation says they might take on the role Melina did in the base game, appearing at sites of grace and levelling up your character before eventually disappearing sometime during the story.

Fans have already professed their unwavering loyalty for this maiden, like in a Reddit thread where one player said they wouldn’t simp for another character, before humorously changing their mind when this unnamed knight came into the picture.

Others joined them, with one player calling them, “Just another FromSoft woman I would die for,” and another saying, “I simped for Melina but she burned what now?”

Hilariously, another player added that it “doesn’t take much for you guys does it,” especially since the majority of FromSoftware women are notoriously simped over.

But the question still remains, who is this mysterious knight lady, and what role will she play in the upcoming DLC?

Guess we’ll find out when Elden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtree drops next month for Xbox, PlayStation and PC platforms, an incredible grand-finale for FromSoftware’s best game.
