Stardew Valley-like Disney Dreamlight Valley has just released a major new expansion, and it might be a good chance to revisit the game.

We’ve been playing and enjoying Disney Dreamlight Valley since it first released in 2022, and in that time the Stardew Valley-like RPG has wowed us with its long pipeline of new content. That's right, developer Gameloft has released the game's third expansion in to the wild, this one titled Wishblossom Ranch.

As is the case with Disney Dreamlight Valley expansions, this release adds several new characters to the game. The update sees Snow White, Tinkerbell, Tigger, and Cruella de Vil enter the valley.

“Nestled amongst the Wishblossom Mountains is a special place powered by the heart’s deepest wishes, where horses once roamed free and stables were full of life,” reads Gameloft’s introduction to the Wishblossom Ranch expansion.

“That was until the Ranch fell into the hands of someone who neglected it, causing a mysterious phenomenon—the Decay.

"Saddle up for an adventure with your magical new Disney friends to find the missing horses, reverse the effects of the Decay, and restore the Ranch back to its former glory!”

In addition to the new characters, the expansion also adds horse companions that you can befriend and ride during regular gameplay.

You use these new mounts to explore the expansion’s new three regions: Wishing Alps, Pixie Acres, and Glamour Gulch, all while attempting to restore Wishblossom Ranch to its former glory.

Wishblossom Ranch is the third expansion released for Disney Dreamlight Valley following A Rift In Time and The Storybook Vale.

It’s out now for all Disney Dreamlight Valley players across PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch.

You can buy the expansion for £24.99, which also includes 5,000 moonstones.

However, you can also buy the Deluxe Edition which features another 5,000 additional moonstones for a total of 10,000.

The Deluxe Edition also features a few other exclusive rewards based on Disney’s Frozen movies, like having Sven available as a mount, along with a snowy alpine house style and Arendellian riding ensemble outfit. The Deluxe Edition costs £41.74.

The expansion also comes with a new free update for all players of Disney Dreamlight Valley, which features new additions separate from the Wishblossom Ranch that will be appreciated, like the new winter-themed content such as the Icy Mountain River kit and the Deluxe Holiday Bundle.
