Johnny SIlverhand is one of the highlights of Cyberpunk 2077. More than a cameo, Keanu Reeves stepped into the co-protagonist role with ease and the fans loved him.
The character is back, and this time he has brought a crew along with him for the official board game of Cyberpunk 2077 made in partnership with CD Projekt Red.

Recently showcased through a crowd-funding source, the board game made its initial goal of $100,000 within just 10 minutes.

The game, which will be played with highly detailed miniatures based on the characters of the video game, not only hit that lofty goal but made well over that, amassing over £3 million in funding, wowing the creators of the game, Go On Board.
This popularity has led to Go On Board revealing an expansion for the board game focused on Johnny Silverhand and his crew of Rogue, Kerry, and Spider Murphy, with Silverhand in charge.
This expansion is not part of the stretch goals for the game but will arrive as an official expansion that must be purchased separately for $59.
The expansion also comes with a “unique faction of eight enemies” and two missions to play through which will reward players with new gear.

As the game is directly licensed from CD Projekt Red, the miniature of Johnny will be a full likeness of Keanu Reeves, making his design yet another highlight for players.
Of course, this inclusion brings into mind what other expansions might be around the corner, especially as popularity for the board game continues to swell.
Perhaps we’ll see the characters from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners make an appearance as the anime adaptation brought in leagues of new fans as well as pleasing established fans of the franchise.
There are still 11 days left of the crowdfunder, so if you’ve been hesitating, now is the chance to jump on this project.
