Cyberpunk 2077 players have a new expansion to enjoy one that seriously overhauls your tools of destruction.

While some players prefer to play Cyberpunk 2077 with no implants it’s arguably much more fun when you give your character a wide array of tech and weapons to play with during your playthrough.

It’s the selling point of the game, and why wouldn’t you want enormous blades sticking out of your arm?

Your options are limited though, and when you’ve got a few playthroughs under your belt they could even be a bit boring, fortunately there’s a fix.

Neuralware - Chipware Expansion, a mod you can download from NexusMods right now will give you plenty of new cyberware options to play with to spice up your next venture into Night City.

The mod’s description reads: “Enhance your neural system with 40+ new implants, unlock devastating techniques, and manage a new neural capacity resource that adds depth to your cyberware choices.”

There’s a lot to cover with this mod, too much to cover right now as we’ll be here all day but you can see the full list further down on the mod page.

All you need to know is it’s a great expansion and one that’s very fitting in a world that’s constantly evolving its technology, almost to its own detriment.

It’ll also spice up the combat, which can get a bit dull and repetitive if you’re running the overpowered builds like sandevistan.

With Cyberpunk 2077 2 or whatever the sequel will be called on the way hopefully CD Projekt Red is exploring even more options for cyberware, as it’d be great to see more tools added to our arsenal with the next game.

Imagine decking out your character to be on par with Adam Smasher in terms of power output, and even more built in weapons to whip out when you’re in a bind.
