The release of Cyberpunk 2077’s highly anticipated expansion is nigh with fans excited to cause mayhem in the neon-lit Night City once more.
Just in case fans of CD Projekt Red’s sci-fi RPG weren't already hyped, the developers have announced that there will be a special Phantom Liberty stream later this week and it has been teased that we can look forward to a “surprise or two”.

At this time, CDPR has revealed what the surprises will be. After all, if that were the case, then it wouldn't actually be a surprise. Instead, fans are encouraged to tune into the official Cyberpunk 2077 YouTube channel or CDPR’s Twitch channel tomorrow.
“Night City Wire is back — with a special Phantom Liberty episode! We’ll talk about new radios, learn more about Reed from Idris Elba himself, discuss gameplay & new abilities… and throw in a surprise or two. Don’t miss it!” announced the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account.
The special stream will take place tomorrow Thursday, 14 September at 6pm UK time/8am PT/11am ET/4pm GMT/5pm CEST. The stream will only focus on the Phantom Liberty expansion, so we should not expect any The Witcher-related treats.

Phantom Liberty will be Cyberpunk 2077’s one and only expansion, but it promises to be a massive addition to the game. The expansion which weighs in at 32GB, introduces a new area to Night City with Dog Town, as well as implementing new abilities and a Relic skill tree, not to mention having plenty of new story missions.
Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will be released on 27 September for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
