Don't miss out

Assassin's Creed Mirage is right around the corner, and gamers can actually net themselves a free copy as part of a new promotion,.

The next few months are absolutely stacked for gamers, with titles like Starfield and Mortal Kombat 1 barrelling towards us. But for many, October is all about Assassin’s Creed Mirage. Set in ninth century Baghdad, Mirage will star Valhalla’s Basim and brings the franchise right back to its stealth-based roots.

Take a look at Assassin's Creed Mirage in action below!

Those of you looking to juggle Mirage with some of the months other big RPGs will be glad to know the game is set to feature the smallest AC map in years. While Mirage was set to release on 12 October, Ubisoft announced last week that it's been pushed up to 5 October. Presumably to get out of the way of Marvel's Spider-Man 2, if I had to guess

If you're interested in a free copy of the game, Intel is giving away Assassin’s Creed Mirage alongside the purchase of 12th or 13th Gen Intel Core processors or Intel Arc graphics cards as part of Intel Gamer Days.

Intel has been hosting this promotion annually for some years now, typically announcing major giveaways, deals, competitions, and other fun bits for gamers. Intel Gamer Days 2023 kicks off 24 August and runs through until 3 September. As part of the new promotion you can grab Assassin's Creed Mirage or Nightingale with specific purchases. It's worth reminding you that Assassin's Creed Mirage won't actually be out until after this promotion ends, but you'll be able to redeem your free copy until 30 November.

If you're craving some Assassin's Creed action before October, there are currently a ton of free games from the franchise available to download on Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus, so be sure to dive in.
