They’ve been hyping it up for a solid month at this point, and seemingly for good reason, but Embark Studios has finally given us our first proper glimpse into the next four months of ARC Raiders’ content.
ARC Raiders is still going just as strong as ever. I think that its enduring success has come as a bit of a surprise to all of us, mostly due to the fact that its release was sandwiched between the likes of Battlefield 6 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7.
Embark Studios is clearly keen to keep the ball rolling though, because they’ve been taunting fans with details about their upcoming content roadmap in blog posts and interviews for weeks now.
Yesterday, we got our first official look at what they’ve been teasing this whole time: the “Escalation” roadmap, which includes all of the content that they have planned until the end of April.

Naturally, the most exciting stuff seems to be set to drop in April's "Riven Tides" update, which includes a new map and, perhaps most excitingly, a "new large arc" for us to contend with.
However, don't let that long wait get you down, as there are a few mini content updates set to drop in the next week. Long-time players will doubtlessly be thrilled to hear that the most immediate update includes a new "lvl 40+" matchmaking option.

There's also a bunch of unscheduled content in between all of this, as the roadmap teases new cosmetics, gameplay items, quality of life updates, and even new quests.
If, somehow, this isn’t enough for you either, then the ARC Raiders team teased that even more content is already in the pipeline, beyond April’s Riven Tides update.
“As we head into 2026, we’re excited to share our roadmap for the next four months. This will show you the types of new content to look forward to: new enemies, maps, conditions, or other changes,” reads the official blog post.
“As you can expect, we’re not going to offer all the specifics, but enough that you know where we’re heading. Stick around. After Escalation, there’s even more to come.”
Personally, I’m mostly excited for the new arc threats, so I’ll start getting hyped once February rolls around.
But honestly, I’m still having fun with the game as it is, so anything extra is just going to be a bonus for me. And, based on those player numbers on Steam, I’d wager most of you feel the same.
