8 Funny Yet Disturbing Resident Evil Requiem Mods

Ok, so this ‘Michael Jackson Lickers’ mod is much more disturbing than I thought it would be. If Michael Jackson didn't already give me the creeps, now he’s disguised as a sinister Licker. With this mod, you’ll have the Lickers “heehee” and say various MJ quotes. Like, seriously, what kind of hell is this?!

During the latter end of the game, Leon embarks on an epic motorcycle showdown with Dr Victor Gideon. While this moment was in fact epic, I can’t help that it felt a little out of place. So, if it also felt a little out of place for you, too, why not go the extra mile and add a bit of wonderful weirdness by giving Leon and Victor a nice bicycle to race with on the way to Raccoon City?

This creepy blue tank has already appeared in the Resident Evil 2 remake, replacing the stalker enemy, Mr X. When Leon gets to Raccoon City, he gets into a horrific battle with a giant spider and her babies. So, if you suffer from arachnophobia, why not change all the arachnids to Thomas the Tank? That will be less scary, right?

One of the stalker enemies in Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Centre is a fat zombie, who is always hungry and wants you in his belly, and he will relentlessly stalk you until he gobbles you up. To put it mildly, he’s a bit grotesque, and if you want to take some of his edge off, you can turn him into the green ogre, Shrek! Well, unless you find Shrek to be terrifying, if so, move along.

I mean, what else is there to say? With this mod, you can play as Leon S. Kennedy with his top off. If you want something for Grace Ashcroft, here she is in a lovely dress.

There’s something about being scared witless that gets the adrenaline pumping. However, as a child, I remember seeing a Xenomorph in the original Alien movie, and it scared the crap out of me. That fear has obviously stayed with me, because 2014’s Alien: Isolation is the scariest game I’ve ever played! The female stalker enemy reminds me a lot of a Xenomorph from Alien: Isolation, the way she stalks you on the ground and in the ceiling. So, if you’re completely bonkers, you can swap her character model for a Xenomorph in Resident Evil Requiem.

There’s something funny about CJ from GTA: San Andreas, and I can’t quite pinpoint what it is. Regardless, I can’t get enough of him, and if you want to add some humour to your Resident Evil Requiem experience, you can swap Leon S. Kennedy’s character model for the Grand Theft Auto fan-favourite character.
