Rave reviews
Fans and reviewers alike have loved the game, sharing happy comments.
"Brilliant Battlefield game, so much going on here. Campaign is interesting and provides a good footing for you to get used to the gameplay mechanics and is several hours of fun. Multiplayer provides multiple game types and maps which all have their different play styles. Work together as a team or flank solo to penetrate the enemy line with stealth," one said.
"Great game and good fun. The gameplay is greatly paced and not too quick like COD," added another.
"Been playing constantly since it launched. Great immersive gameplay. Fun chaotic maps," raved a third gamer.
Another praised it on PS5 in particular: "Battlefield 6 is absolutely amazing on PS5! The graphics are next-level — ultra-realistic environments, detailed weapons, and smooth performance even in large-scale battles. The sound design and immersion are top-notch; you really feel like you’re in the middle of the action."
Another called it 'the best FP shooter game of all time!'
"So excited to give this to my son for Christmas," added one happy parent.
If this has been on someone's wishlist for a while, make the most of a bargain and wait for the smiles come Christmas morning.
Whether you let Santa take the credit is up to you...

Our verdict
We gave the game an impressive 8/10.
"Overall, it's the multiplayer that remains as Battlefield 6's greatest strength, as it always has for this series. Well-designed maps and strong team play features make for interesting online rounds. This bleeds out into other aspects of the game; the gunplay, the weapon customisation, and the destruction mechanics. It's punchy, direct, and exciting. It all feels carefully tuned to how players have wanted the game to be like since the golden era of the series."
