GTA 6 has dropped to its lowest ever price on Amazon, including two special bundles
Despite Grand Theft Auto VI already being set to make an enormous amount of money at full price, we’ve already seen a price cut ahead of its November 19 release.
We previously noticed how Amazon US had already sold out of its boxed copies of the latest Grand Theft Auto on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and now, Amazon UK has set itself up for the same situation with a new record-low price for the site.
The new cheapest way to grab Grand Theft Auto VI
Starting from yesterday, October 11, GTA VI is now just £64.99 on PS5 and the same price on Xbox at Amazon UK — with a £5 drop off its original £69.99 price.
With that 7% discount, you’ll be officially getting the lowest preorder price the retailer has seen so far (confirmed with price tracker camelcamelcamel). Although, you can also buy the PS5 version and Xbox version from Smyths for the same £64.99 price, in case you prefer to shop outside of Amazon.
Advert
Like the digital versions that you can pre-order on the PS Store and Xbox Games Store (also for £69.99), buying this in-box version also grants you the Vice City Pack, offering up the ‘55 Vapid Stainer car, an extra 80’s looking set of hairstyles and outfits for Jason and Lucia, and an exclusive weapon pattern.
However, buying the boxed versions doesn’t give you the free month of GTA+ as the purely digital preorders get you.
It’s also very important to reiterate that these in-box copies of Grand Theft Auto VI are not on a disc, but are instead a code inside the box that you’ll need to redeem and download. Amazon has also made clear that deliveries for these boxed editions will start from November 12, so you have plenty of time to pre-load the game ahead of its November 19 release date.
If it's the ultimate edition you're after, you can buy a £20 upgrade from your respective storefront, so you can still enjoy the Amazon savings worry-free.

GTA VI’s soundtrack bundles are discounted, too

The game and double CD soundtrack bundle is currently priced down to £77.84 for PS5 and Xbox (previously £79.98), whilst an alternative package adding an Amazon-exclusive vinyl edition to the game costs £109.98 in total (also the same price for PlayStation 5 and Xbox); that’s also £5 off from its previously $114.98 price.
The soundtrack can also be purchased separately, with the double CD available for £12.85, standard black vinyl costing £34.99, and the exclusive splatter vinyl priced at £44.99.
