Our distinguished guests of GAMINGbible, YouTuber and developer TeaserPlay has done it again with this brilliant Venom open-world gameplay video.

You'll recognise the name as this is the same creator who has whipped up a Wolverine, Hulk, Iron Man and Black Panther concept for your eyeballs to feast upon. Marvel isn't their only remit, as they've also made Red Dead Revolver, Bully, God of War, Silent Hill and more remakes all in Unreal Engine 5. They're a busy bee, in short.

It's important to point out that this is not a playable game and it only serves to spark the imagination of what it would look like. TeaserPlay has cited Prototype, the 2009 game set in Manhattan featuring a shape-shifting playable character, as an inspiration and the soundtrack is even sprinkled in the concept video for Venom. Eddie Brock ducks into an alley where he then transforms into Venom, leaping onto the railway tracks like he's doing the hurdles at sports day.

The developer has translated the power, mass and terrifying agility of the Venom creature through the movement, especially with the ease that he scales the skyscrapers, throwing himself into the air to gaze down on the misty skyline of New York City. Obviously, fans are nearly frothing with excitement over the video, and it's drummed up even more hype for the next Marvel's Spider-Man game.

"[The] game is massive," said Tony Todd, who is voicing Venom in Marvel's Spider-Man 2, last October. More recently, it was revealed that the game is surpassing Sony's expectations in every way, so hold onto your butts.
