The Mandalorian and Grogu sneak-peak drops, looks like the best Star Wars we've seen in a while

It's Star Wars Celebration 2025 in Japan and we've been tuning in to The Mandalorian And Grogu panel, for an exclusive look at the new film.

What an exciting look it's been too, as creatives and stars have joined each other on stage to speak more about what we can expect from the upcoming title.

The Mandalorian has been some of the best Star Wars media of recent years so it's only natural it's getting the big-screen treatment

Featured on the panel was an exclusive look at the upcoming film, not a new trailer just yet but footage from the film itself.

The footage includes an iImperial AT-AT being attacked by Mando himself, who effortlessly tears the ship apart with blasters and his other gadgets before disembarking with Grogu in his arms. The film picks up after the events of Season 3 when Mando begins working for the New Republic as a special operative.

Plenty of scenes of Grogu looking adorable were featured as you'd expect.

Fans were also excited by the surprise appearance of Pedro Pascal, who of course plays Mando himself, as well as Sigourney Weaver making her Star Wars debut in the upcoming film. as part of the New Republic.

It's going to be a wild ride, and an exciting addition to the ever expanding Star Wars galaxy. As for a release date, May 2026 has been named as the release window.
