Lord of the Rings fans work out Fellowship member with the highest kill count

If you’ve been wondering which of The Lord of the Rings Fellowship members holds the highest kill count, you’re not alone.

Turns out, many other fans have been curious about that, too.

Before we get to those all-important numbers, we need to be honest with you here because the hidden tenth member of the Fellowship isn’t included in this list.

It’s an injustice for sure, but seeing as they’re a "hidden member”, as well as a peaceful individual, it makes sense.

Place your bets because we’re about to find out who reigns supreme in The Lord of the Rings...

My oh my, it’s none other than dear ol’ Gandalf.

Gandalf the White has the highest kill count, coming in with 112 kills. So sayeth the fans, don’t contact me if they miscounted.

Should that have been a shock for you, this list is going to blow your minds once more as the next Fellowship member letting those bodies hit the floor is Boromir.

We thought it would be Aragorn, but alas, we were wrong.

Or were we...? You see, while this list is pretty comprehensive, Aragorn’s name cannot be found anywhere in it.

Another name also missing from the list is Legolas.

This could mean they never killed another sentient life form throughout the films (that’s what the list is using as its point of reference), however, that seems highly unlikely.

Especially considering there’s a YouTube video that claims that Legolas’ total kills is a staggering amount that puts Gandalf’s to shame.

Consequently, we have to take Samwise’s kill count of 12 with a pinch of salt, at least until the list is complete.

Still, while it doesn’t include everyone fans thought it would, it helps illustrate just how aggressive the so-called peaceful members of the group are.
