Best known for appearing in Justice League and the Fantastic Beasts franchise, actor Ezra Miller is no stranger to the law. In March, Miller was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment after an altercation at a bar in Hawaii, USA. The incident came a few years after a video appeared to show Miller choking a woman in Reykjavik, Iceland.
In the past few weeks, the actor’s legal troubles have both grown and intensified. Attempts have been made to deliver court orders to Miller, but the DC star is yet to be found. Now, Miller has deleted their Instagram, further shifting off-grid.

As reported by the Los Angeles Times, a North Dakota tribal court is currently trying to locate Miller to issue a protective order against them. This is due to allegations that Miller groomed an 18-year-old minor.

It’s believed that Miller also has ongoing legal struggles in Hawaii and Massachusetts. In Massachusetts, a mother and her 12-year-old daughter have also reportedly been granted a temporary harassment prevention order against Miller after the actor allegedly behaved inappropriately towards the child.
This week, Miller’s Instagram account was deactivated adding to the mystery of the actor’s location. Fans posted screenshots of images Miller allegedly reposted prior to deleting the account. One quote read “You cannot touch me. I am in another universe,” whilst another said, “I am shielded from negative people and their ill intent.” An Instagram official confirmed that Miller’s verified account had been deleted but could not comment further.
Miller portrayed The Flash in DC’s Justice League and is set to reprise the role in a standalone film, due to release on 23 June, 2023. To date, no changes have been made regarding the film despite Miller’s ongoing troubles. DC fans have been calling on the studio to speak up.
