Ahmed Best, best known for his work on the Star Wars franchise, is hoping to return to his surprise Mandalorian cameo one day.
The prequels were a difficult time for many who worked on them, but there’s arguably no one who was affected more than Ahmed Best, who starred in the prequel trilogy as Jar-Jar Binks.
Jar-Jar’s last appearance in the films was Star Wars: Revenge Of The Sith, where he became a senator somehow
Ahmed Best did return though as a surprise cameo in an episode of The Mandalorian, as Jedi Master Kelleran Beq who rescued a younger Grogu from the Jedi Temple during Order 66.

Fans have been dying to see more of the Jedi ever since so naturally I had to ask if he’s hoping to reprise the role at some point in the future.
“I do, yeah. I think there's so much more that I can do, not only as a martial artist, but as a storyteller. Kelleran Beq is one of the few Jedi who wants to be a teacher …I think teachers are superheroes, and I think we need to have more superhero teachers in our storytelling. So that's my main motivation for wanting to come back.”
I also asked what his opinion is on the newfound respect and admiration for his work in the prequels.
Best described the feeling as “wonderful” going on to say “all of the kids that loved Jar-Jar are now adults, and that was their way into Star Wars, and they take it very, very personally. So it really is wonderful to see them as grown ups now bringing their children and introducing Star Wars through their Star Wars movies … It's just been really wonderful to see those kids grow up and really stand by their love for the movies that I was in.”

Hopefully we see Jedi Master Kelleran Beq again one day, hell even Jar-Jar would be nice to see return after so many years.
