Tom Holland Loves 'Marvel's Spider-Man' So Much He Snuck An Easter Egg Into 'No Way Home'

Tom Holland Loves 'Marvel's Spider-Man' So Much He Snuck An Easter Egg Into 'No Way Home'

Things we love to see: this

Insomniac Games has created an incredible Spider-Man universe in Marvel's Spider-Man and its Miles Morales-focused spinoff, so it's only fitting to see the PlayStation studio's adaptation get the love it deserves on the big screen.

Live-action Spidey Tom Holland is one of the many people on the planet who adores the video game series - so much so that he actually managed to sneak a reference to Marvel's Spider-Man into Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Speaking to Extraordinerd, Holland explained that he spent a lot of time playing Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered on PlayStation 5 while shooting the new movie, and revealed that he included a fight move from the game in his own multiverse adventure.

“I have played the video game,” Holland said. “I absolutely loved it. Sony were obviously very generous … they sent us a PS5 while we were shooting Spider-Man, and I would play it, you know, when we were at home. And I loved it, I think the game is amazing, I think it’s so fun. The swinging around the city is so well done. There’s actually one move that Spider-Man does in the game that we took, and he does in the film, and it’s really cool.”

Eagle-eyed fans who have seen the movie will no doubt be able to spot it, but we won't give it away here for fear of spoiling a cool moment.

If you've yet to see No Way Home... I'd get on it as soon as you feel comfortable doing so. Spoilers are already starting to overwhelm the internet, and I'm not certain Sony will be able to keep them at bay much longer.
