July saw three amazing titles added to the PlayStation Plus service that not only can be downloaded at no extra cost but can also be played in exchange for free store credit.

As with the arrival of a new month, Sony celebrated it by adding a handful of brand-new titles to its PlayStation Plus service.

Members of the subscription service could get their hands on three games at no extra cost ranging from a hit 2019 RPG to a party game that took the world by storm back in 2018.

However, with many subscribers unhappy with July’s offerings, Sony has reminded them that playing any of the selected titles will reward them with 50 points which can be exchanged for free store credit. As a result, you can rack up those points and ultimately earn yourself a new game for free.

The games eligible are: Borderlands 3, Among Us and NHL 24 and any of these titles can be downloaded and played this month to earn yourself those 50 points.

Not only can you earn points by playing any of July’s PS Plus offerings but you can also purchase one of the following games in order to grab yet another 50 points. They are; Elden Ring, Slime Rancher 2, Umbraclaw, Monster Hunter Stories, Grounded, or Until Then.

This campaign ends on 31 July so if you have been eyeing up any of these titles, now is the time to finally make that purchase.

Last but not least, you can play some further titles in the PS Plus library in exchange for points. They include; Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas - Definitive Edition, Anno 1800, Cricket 24, Crusader Kings III, Or Monster Hunter Rise.

All in all, you can bag yourself quite a few points this month just by playing some previous titles or purchasing a game that has been on your wishlist for a while. Remember that it all adds up and you could soon see yourself getting a new release for absolutely free.
