February has been a truly fruitful month for PlayStation users. After a pretty stellar PS Plus lineup, more freebies have now been announced that’ll be available for everyone to download from tomorrow.

In case you missed it, the monthly Essential tier PS Plus games are available to claim right now. Subscribers are able to get their hands on OlliOlli World, Evil Dead: The Game, Mafia: Definitive Edition, and the Destiny 2 Beyond Light DLC. Not bad, right? If you’re a GTA fan who’s not played Mafia, that should definitely be your top priority. OlliOlli World is also a tonne of fun - we gave it nine out of 10 in our review and praised its “sleek, satisfying gameplay coupled with luscious graphics”.

Take a look at the trailer for OlliOlli World below.

What’s more, the lineup of games coming to the Extra and Premium tiers of PS Plus was announced earlier this week, and there are some truly fantastic choices. Namely, two of 2022’s finest - The Quarry and Horizon Forbidden West - will be available to download and play completely free from Tuesday 21 February.

Speaking of Horizon Forbidden West, it’s the game’s one year anniversary tomorrow (18 February), and the devs are releasing a number of new PlayStation avatars as a token of their appreciation for fans’ support. As announced in a post on the PlayStation Blog, a total of 11 are being added, including familiar faces like Aloy, Sylens, and Varl.

“It’s been heart-warming to see the impact Aloy and her story have had on you, and we are so grateful for how our community expresses love and joy for our franchise,” game director Mathijs de Jonge wrote. “Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for embracing Aloy and her continued story in Horizon Forbidden West.”
