With the Black Ops series being a big hit for the franchise, it is no wonder that fans are excited, especially after receiving the news that it will head to the Xbox Game Pass on day one.

Black Ops 6 is set to be the biggest Xbox release of 2024 and so fans with an Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S and an Xbox Game Pass subscription will be able to dive in on Friday at no extra cost.

Not only that but Xbox users will also be eligible for another free download and it comes in the form of a dynamic background for all Xbox consoles.

The dynamic background consists of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6’s key art sized down for the Xbox homescreen.

However, you may be wondering what makes it dynamic. Well, not a lot to be honest with you.

The point of a dynamic background is that it has some kind of moving component unlike static images.

In this case, the only movement can be seen from a few black and orange coloured bars that appear and move slowly across the image.

It is not the most dynamic of dynamic backgrounds but it is a way to show off your excitement for the upcoming game.

Not only that but it is completely free to download for Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S with no need for an Xbox Game Pass subscription.

Additionally, you can unlock this background even if you don’t yet own Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.
