Xbox is gearing up to reveal its next-generation console known only, at the moment, as Project Helix.
Ahead of that, the company is set to release a number of new hardware accessories for the current Xbox Series X/S generation, including the second-ever limited edition Xbox Headset.
Two new upcoming pieces of hardware are due to be unveiled very soon, having leaked online today.
The leak comes from bilbill-kun via Dealabs so while it’s typically good practise to take leaks with a pinch of salt, bilbill-kun is reliably always bang on the money.
He claims that Xbox will soon unveil a Xbox Wireless Controller - Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition as well as a Xbox Wireless Headset - Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition.

At this stage, there are no visuals for these two leaked accessories, but bilbill-kun has outlined pricing and when we can expect the new hardware to drop.
Forza Horizon 6 itself lands on 19 May with the two aforementioned accessories seemingly dropping on the very same day.

That way, you can enjoy all that Forza Horizon 6 has to offer with your new headset on and matching controller.
The Xbox Wireless Controller - Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition will set you back $89.99 in the US, £84.99 in the UK, and €89.99 in Europe.
For the Xbox Wireless Headset - Forza Horizon 6 Limited Edition, you’re looking at $134.99 in the US, £124.99 in the UK, and €134.99, so these are quite pricey purchases.
In fact, these are notably more expensive than Xbox’s previous tie-in accessories.
DOOM: The Dark Ages last received a themed controller and this was priced at $79.99, $10 less.
Regardless, it’s perhaps fair to assume that the headset may fly off the shelves given that it’s only the second tie-in headset to land during this console generation with Forza Horizon 6 now following in the footsteps of Starfield.
That Starfield headset arrived in 2023, so it’s interesting that Microsoft has taken so long to create another iteration despite having released its fair share of first party games throughout 2024 and 2025.

There’s no word yet on when we can expect these accessories to be formally unveiled but considering we’re a little over a month away from their release date, it’s perhaps safe to assume it’ll be sooner rather than later.
