If you’ve been toying with the idea of upgrading your Xbox setup, this new hardware from the brand might be exactly what you’re looking for.

We’ve likely already given this away from our intro, but this new Xbox hardware isn’t a new console.

As much as we’re curious about what Microsoft’s next-gen console will look like, we’re some ways off before that’s revealed.

Ready for Black Ops 6?

While disappointing to some of you, this new piece of tech from Xbox shouldn’t be overlooked simply because it’s not a rival to the PS6.

If you’re intending to play the “mach-speed masterpiece” that is Sonic X Shadow Generations, you’ll want to enjoy it in style.

A way to do this is by utilising this slick bit of kit.

The Xbox Wireless Headset has undergone a small upgrade, ensuring that everything you hear is crystal clear to really emphasise those key moments while gaming.

If you’re wondering why it costs more than the older versions, for one, it’s newer, but secondly, it has a much improved battery life.

In addition to this, users will also be able to connect their mobile devices via bluetooth 5.3. Coupled with this, there are minor alterations like improved mic features.

There are some possible downsides though, at least for those of you who want a seamless experience.

For one thing, Microsoft has mentioned that you might need to make additional purchases/downloads to support DTS Headphone: X and Windows Sonic.

The cost of this new hardware is $109.99.

Although it isn’t the most cost effective option on the market, it’s still much more affordable than other headsets that offer similar specs.

In a society where we’re concerned about new specs and prices, being able to purchase tech that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg is welcomed.

Time for a headset upgrade? Then check this out before you spend any pennies.
