The Elder Scrolls VI is going to be a game-changer when it comes out I’m sure, but it’s going to have some tough competition from CD Projekt Red.

Bethesda has been hard at work on The Elder Scrolls VI for a while now, though it only entered full-time production when Starfield launched.

While Starfield was very hit-or-miss with its audience, The Elder Scrolls VI is almost guaranteed to be good, as the audience for it is already there and it's an IP Bethesda knows very well.

That said fans are concerned that it’ll falter before the might of The Witcher 4, the highly-anticipated sequel to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt which finally gives us Ciri as the main protagonist.

Despite morons belittling the way Ciri looks in the trailer, the announcement went down well and fans are excited to see what’s become of Geralt and other fan-favourite characters.

Elder Scrolls fans are worried it’ll overshadow their game though, after all The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was a monumental success.

It’s not just sales and reviews though, as some are worried the game will be similarly criticised if it features characters or customisation options that could be perceived as “woke” by people who’ve never felt the touch of a woman before.

“We are in for an annoying flood of haters and trolls when the game is released no matter what” warned one fan and I fear they might be right.

Another commenter went deeper, saying “That crowd is desperate to be angry … they'll find something to throw a tantrum about no matter what.”

Now hopefully this doesn’t happen, but who are kidding it’s absolutely going to happen especially with how easy it is to leave nasty comments and idiotic tweets nowadays…

We’re yet to receive an official trailer for The Elder Scrolls VI, but when it does inevitably drop be prepared to watch it picked apart by those with nothing better to do.
