Steam users can grab $250 worth of games for next to nothing

Did somebody say bargains?

If your Steam library isn’t already overflowing with games, and your backlog isn’t creaking under the weight of its digital storage, then you’ve got some work to do.

There’s less than 24 hours left on the latest Humble Monthly bundle, and if you jump in and subscribe now, you’ll get over $250 worth of games, including a tasty Star Wars title.

In order to take advantage of this deal, you’ll need to subscribe to Humble Monthly, which costs $12, and provides eight fantastic games, all of which run wonderfully on the Steam Deck.

Each game can be registered on Steam, adding it to your library, where you can download it to play portably, or stick to your gaming rig.

The games included this month are: The Thaumaturge Deluxe Edition, Amnesia The Bunker, Evil West, Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, Star Wars Bounty Hunter, Ultros, Corpse Keeper, and Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.

All of these games are either Steam Deck Verified, or at least rated Playable, so you should have no issues there.

If I may, I have to recommend Ultros, which is a trippy metroidvania that is simply stunning to look at, using bright, cartoon visuals.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is also worth a look, as a great RPG that channels the brilliance of the Suikoden franchise, modernising much of what we saw in those classic PlayStation games.

You don’t have to stay subscribed to Humble Monthly in order to keep these games in your library, though if you remain a subscriber, you’ll get several games handed to you each month.

There have been some bangers included in the past, and it’s a great way to stock up on some great titles for a rainy day.

There’s something for everyone in this selection, but get over there quickly if you want to take advantage of the deal.
