6 More Free PC Games Available Now For You To Download

All yours to grab this week.

Another batch of free games has just hit Steam, and we’re rounding them up here for your perusal.

One of the best things about Steam is that developers often drop a load of free games on there each week, all yours to download.

This can be useful if you’re a gamer on a tight budget, where you want to continue enjoying a steady stream of new releases while also being able to save money.

New Free Steam Games For 18 January

Here are the six latest free games that have hit Steam:

  • Just Kill It, a fast-paced top-down survival shooter. Shoot, survive, level up, and build your own playstyle as endless waves of enemies close in — then push your limits on the global leaderboards.
  • Heartopia, a multiplayer life simulation game where you build your dream home, explore a wide range of hobbies, and forge warm connections with friends in a town full of endless possibilities.
  • A Song Of Sunlight, an RPG featuring a turn-based combat system where you make split-second calculated decisions, which then changes to real-time where you attack, block, evade, and look for openings against multiple targets.
  • EmuDevz, a game about building emulators, where you’re required to have programming knowledge in order to play it, and includes some custom homebrew games.
  • War of Dots, a minimalist real-time strategy game where you command your armies in real-time battles across a variety of maps.
  • Bubba Yuga, a 2-player couch co-op puzzle game where you play as a pair of tied together witches and must capture all the woodland children to break the curse that’s been placed upon your family.
XD

Of these titles I’ve covered, Bubba Yuga and A Song of Sunlight are certainly very interesting games, with gorgeous art styles and decent premises.

However, EmuDevz is also one to shout out if you’re a programmer, as you also get to play the homebrew games you're developing an emulator for.

If you’d like to download and play any of these free games, you can do so by heading to their respective Steam store pages and downloading them from there.

Of course, be sure to check if your PC is capable of running these games. If you don’t meet the minimum or recommended requirements, you may experience issues with the games such as performance drops, crashes, and other bugs.

You can find these system requirements by heading to Steam and finding them below the game description.
