With Steam regularly releasing free, heavily discounted or bundled games, it is no wonder that PC gamers are always complaining about their extensive backlogs.

Unfortunately, that shows no signs of stopping as the PC storefront has now added an extra four games which are available to download right now for absolutely free.

So if you are on the lookout for a third-person action game, a short horror experience, a TCG, or a dungeon-crawler, this list of free Steam games is guaranteed to feature something to suit you.

First up is Capella, an action-adventure game which will see you take on the role of a military personnel who is in charge of stealing cars and eliminating the enemy.

Starring five missions in total, this is a quick and easy play but as its developers say, “it is the first of many adventures to come”.

If you are eager for Grand Theft Auto VI but want something similar in the meantime, this is the game for you.

Next is Project: Mortuus Astrum, a short but impactful horror game set in a long hallway.

Players must uncover the secrets of the abandoned facility as they try to evade a mysterious entity that is trying to do everything in its power to stop them.

With claustrophobic corridors and abandoned rooms to navigate, you will have to solve puzzles in order to unlock new areas and get ever closer to the truth.

If you are a fan of card games, then you will want to try Dobro Goranku.

This trading card game is unlike any you have played before according to developer Moonlabs.

Combining fast-paced action, deep strategy and the art of the poker face, players will need to build unique decks and defeat challengers in breathtaking and nail-biting duels.

With every card capable of shaping the future, will you have what it takes to seize control of fate itself?

Last but by no means least is The Treasure Below.

This third-person action game features satisfying melee combat and ever-increasing challenges as players dive into danger, sharpen their blade, and test their skill.

Featuring medieval-style visuals, this dungeon crawler will see you master a variety of weapons and put your skills to the test as you embark on multiple game modes including arena, adventure, and online co-op.

All of these games and hundreds more are now free to download and keep forever courtesy of Steam.
