Steam's Latest Free Game Already Has 100 Percent Positive Reviews

Glowing reviews for this one

Steam boasts a third-person shooter right now that you can play for free, and it has very positive reviews.

The Steam store is a great place for freebies that probably won’t amount to a massive playthrough but offer a little distraction from this year’s back-to-back AAA releases.

Seriously it feels like we’ve had a lot of games this year and very little time to breathe in-between them, Silent Hill f and Ghost Of Yōtei for example.

If you log on to Steam you’ll find some bitesize games that’ll give you something to do on a quiet evening, and some of them turn out to be pretty good for such small projects.

One such game is called Not Raised By Wolves, and it had plenty of good reviews so far despite being a simple game in terms of design.

The game’s description reads: “Not Raised by Wolves is a third-person shooter starring La Coyota, an anthropomorphic gunslinger. Dash, aim, and shoot with your revolver while your robotic sidekick hacks enemies to stun them and expose weak points in your fight to rescue the colony’s pups.”

Doesn’t sound like much at first but those who have played have had a lot of positive things to say about the game.

One player said: “Great game everything feels well balanced. There is a little thing that I noticed in the end that when I jump and scope in time slows down and I do more damage so that helps a lot but overall the game looks fantastic.”

Another added: “Quite a fun game. There are some aiming issues (for example, if there is a wall right behind you then you can't properly aim), but not a huge deal for a free student project. It's not a long game, if you have ~15 minutes to spare then give it a try.”

Finally one other player said: “Game is fun! I love the models, the fun little story, and it feels satisfying to kill the enemies. But I do feel like the map feels a bit untextured and the game kinda lags sometimes. Other than that it's an amazing game and I would suggest you try!!!”

Sounds promising but don’t take their word for it, try it for yourself on Steam, after all it’s free so no harm if you don’t like it.
