If you’re on the lookout for a game to help pass the time this weekend then look no further than the free-to-play tank shooter, Armored of Doom.

It’s always nice when we can play a game for free, especially during the seemingly never-ending cost-of-living crisis. Despite being filled with microtransactions, you can easily enjoy the likes of Fortnite, Call of Duty: Warzone and Marvel Snap without spending a penny.

Check out the Armored of Doom video below!

While little is currently known about the Chinese developer Future Studios, fans of World of Tanks and World of Warships might want to check out Armored of Doom on PC available to play now via Steam.

"Armor of Doom is a third-person shooter game with "tank vehicle" + "MOBA" gameplay,” reads the description of the game. “A variety of tank types are available for players to choose from, including light tanks, medium tanks, heavy tanks and anti-tanks, and takes diversified strategy combinations and teamwork as its core, providing players with a real and brutal battlefield fighting experience.”

At the time of writing, Armor of Doom has a very positive rating on Steam with just about everyone saying nice things about the multiplayer shooter.

“The modding is fantastic; tank enthusiasts will be thrilled, and the battle scenes are very realistic,” wrote tukro. “The tank battles are well done; it's MOBA gameplay that requires some practice to excel,” exclaimed another user.

“The graphics are great, and the immersion is strong; controlling the tank feels very realistic,” said Kitagawa Marin with another adding “If you're tired of World of Tanks, give this one a try; it feels pretty good so far.”

Armor of Tanks is available now on PC. Hopefully, there will be a console and mobile release soon in the West. We'll update you if that information drops.
