Steam has dropped four free games that you can claim today with no strings attached whatsoever.
There’s not much worse for gamers when we spend our hard-earned cash on a game that absolutely sucks. What’s more, if we’re a bit short of cash and can’t buy a single game, it can be a tad tormenting, to say the least.
Thankfully, places such as the PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace and Nintendo eShop are great places to discover free demos to help pass some time. If you’re lucky, you may even stumble across a quality free-to-play title.
However, when it comes to choice, whether it's free-to-play or a demo for a new release, it doesn't get much better than the Steam Store.

With that in mind, as brought to our attention by the Twitter account ‘Free Steam Games’, here are four games that you can download today, that won't cost you a single penny:
- Dungeon Stalkers: “Is a PvEvP dungeon crawler game where you can experience the joy of exploration and survival in a classic RPG. Join forces with your companions to defeat other adventurers and monsters, and acquire equipment and treasures. Then, escape safely from the witch's curse!”
- Méli-Mélo: L'odyssée de la crème de marrons: “Bigflo, Oli, and McFly & Carlito must find a mysterious jar of chestnut cream in a crazy 2D platform game! Switch heroes at each level, face mini-bosses, and embark on a speedrun!"
- Toy Town Mayhem: “In Toy Town, a toy has one goal: to be the last one standing, because the last toy is always the best toy. Play online with up to nine other players and secure your victory!”
- Void Stalkers: “As the pilot of a Void Rig, it's your job to transport dangerous creatures to various research facilities across the system. Use your ship's security cameras, drone, and other systems to solve problems and stay alive as you travel through The Void.”
So, there you have it, those are just four of the many free games that you can download and play today, courtesy of Steam.
