The lovely folks over at Steam (Mr Gaben Valve) has some free games for you, well, for everyone, really.

There are often free games being given away on Steam, you just need to know where to look, or keep an eye on social media. Better yet, keep reading, and I’ll tell you about four freebies you can grab now.

First up, there’s $MCRT Game Maker. Okay, it’s not really a game, per se. However, you can make games, so there is a game in there somewhere.

How about we stop splitting hairs and download this software and create the next brilliant game?

Auto Adventures is another free game. This one is an auto-battler from the roguelike genre.

It’s in early access, so you can help out by suggesting handy upgrades to the game. This one looks a bit bare bones, but players are enjoying what’s there, so far.

Fans of games like Slay the Spire might get a kick out of Auto Adventures.

WASTED looks a bit surreal - you play as an ATM in a kind of bumper cars arena.

Yeah, I know, weird one. You’ll be earning money in-game by bashing other ATMs and knocking them around the arena.

It looks remarkably engaging, and the visuals are pretty and lush. Probably worth giving it a shot if you like odd experiments in games.

Lastly, there’s The Nutcracker of Riepass (Nymph's Tale ep 2) which, as the name suggests, is part two of this game series.

Using a JRPG template, this adventure looks adorable with its anime artwork and lovely pixel art.

Described as a hybrid visual novel, there’s a deep narrative waiting for you here, but you’ll need to play the first part of the story before you jump in here.

That’s all I’ve got for you today, be off with you and fill your Steam library.
