Because there are 12 games to tell you about, I’m going to speedrun this article, ready?

Velocity Rush is a stylish racing game, with a futuristic and thumping soundtrack.

Faceless is stickman parkour, which is neat; and Puzzle Paradise has you finding and solving puzzles in a creepy house.

Then there’s URLate, a lovely looking point-and-click adventure with an adorable bird as the protagonist.

Steel Century Groove: Midnight is what you get if you mash up a rhythm game with Gundam mechs; The Void Chronicles Chronis is very much not that, it’s a time-travelling story where you have to break the loop in the narrative.

Beamdown has you if you’re into 3D hack-and-slash in a low-poly world.

A third-person action game, where you explore alien civilisations, is what awaits in Imvi: Echoes of Harmony.

Hit mobile game, Gumballs & Dungeons, makes the leap to PC as a free-to-play adventure that captivated over 25 million players in the mobile space.

Do you hate rubber ducks? Or just feel like searching some out in a weird abandoned suburb? Then Find 100 Ducks and Blast Them! is probably your kinda of thing.

Wasteland Rangers is a first-person shooter set in an apocalyptic wasteland - think Fallout meets Call of Duty, and you’re somewhere close.

Lastly, Death to the Universe will challenge your platforming skills as you play Death, hookshotting his way through a hyper stylised world.

Look at that. 12 free Steam games, in quick time and minimal words, so you don’t have any time wasted, and can get to your free games faster. What are you waiting for?
