Stardew Valley meets Skyrim in gorgeous free download

An upcoming Steam looks like an odd mix of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Stardew Valley, in the best way possible.
With how many games there are nowadays, it’s inevitable that you’d draw comparisons for the next big release with games that came before it.
That being said The Legend Of Zelda: Echoes Of Wisdom looks like a very unique entry in the series despite taking design inspiration from Zelda: Link's Awakening

A good example is Star Wars Outlaws, a brand-new entry in the Star Wars franchise that seemingly takes a lot of its inspiration from Red Dead Redemption 2 and Uncharted.
An upcoming Steam game by the name of Aloft looks like it’s going to combine the action and adventure of Skyrim with the cosy vibes of Stardew Valley, and there’s even some Zelda: Breath Of The Wild in there if you’re going solely on visuals.
Aloft’s official Steam description reads: “Soar the skies in Aloft, the co-op sandbox survival game set in a world of floating islands. Build any island into a skyship, your home in the clouds. Find lost knowledge, cure the fungal corruption, and brave the hurricane to restore the ecosystem.”
As you may have gathered, it’s an open-world title where exploration is everything, and you can play it right now for free.
While the full game isn’t available, the developer has released a demo you can play right now, which should hopefully give you a taste of what the floating islands have to offer.
It looks like quite the adventure, and the fact you can play it with friends is a bonus as soaring through the air on a ship with a crew of your mates sounds like a blast.
As for the full game’s release, there’s currently no news to share as a release date hasn’t been made public yet, but in the meantime you can give the demo a go and add it to your wishlist if you liked what you played.
