If you’re on the lookout for some chill games to relax and vibe to, Steam has a near-endless supply for you to peruse at your leisure.

For Stardew Valley and Pokemon fans, we’d highly recommend Critter Crove, an upcoming RPG that’s currently undergoing early-access on the Steam store.
The description reads: “A deep, open world life sim and town building game set in a cozy post-apocalyptic paradise. Restore an old town, sail across a mysterious archipelago, hunt relics and farm, fish & craft everything you need. Can you help turn Critter Cove into a thriving tourist town once again?”
In short, you’ll meet plenty of adorable little critters, all of which boast their own personalities and temperaments, as you rebuild a community and live a prosperous life on an island.
There’s even some Zelda: The Wind Waker vibes as you can set sail to other islands housing additional supplies and places of interest. The whole game looks adorable, and well-worth a look purely to see all the weird and wonderful creatures you can talk to.

Gentleman Rat Studios is reportedly aiming for a launch date somewhere in the first quarter of 2024, likely sometime between January and March.
Early-access is available for lucky participants though, but obviously this will mean some content will be locked prior to the full release. That being said, it'll be a great way to test the waters and determine if this is the game for you or not.
